Postmortem

After investigation, we found that some API and App users experienced an issue where forms appeared blank when rendered in the form viewer. This was due to a syntax error in production. The issue has been resolved, and functionality has returned to normal. We're reviewing our internal processes to prevent this type of issue from occurring again.

After investigation, we found that some API and App customers may have experienced a syntax error that affected how forms were displayed in production. This caused the form viewer to render blank forms.

The issue has been resolved, and functionality is back to normal. We’re reviewing our internal processes to prevent this type of error from happening again.
