Identified - We are moving forward with an emergency replacement of our SSL certificate now, rather than waiting for tonight’s maintenance window. This lets us resolve the certificate warnings and connection errors some customers are seeing as quickly as possible.
As a reminder, GoDaddy, our certificate provider, has revoked many SSL certificates industry-wide due to recently discovered vulnerabilities. This is not a compromise of our systems or of the certificate’s private key. GoDaddy: https://status.godaddy.com/incidents/mtl2b9tbvq56
What to expect:
The replacement will begin at 1:35 pm ET. You may experience brief connection interruptions during this time. If a request fails, please retry after a few minutes.

Some customers may see browser security warnings (such as "Your connection is not private" or a revoked-certificate error) when accessing Quik! sites, including quikforms.com.
What happened:
Our certificate provider, GoDaddy, is revoking a large number of SSL certificates industry-wide because of a documentation compliance issue on their side. GoDaddy has stated that the affected certificates have no technical problems. This does not indicate a compromise of our systems or the certificate's private key. Because revocation is rolling out gradually and different browsers and security tools check it differently, only some users see warnings. GoDaddy Status Page: https://status.godaddy.com/
What we're doing:
We have obtained a replacement certificate and are installing it across our services. We expect to complete this via an emergency maintenance tonight, 10/22/26 at 9 pm EST. Our applications continue to operate normally.
What you should do:
If you see a warning, please do not click through it. Wait for our update.
No action is needed on your side once the replacement is in place. If the warning persists afterward, restarting your browser or clearing cached data usually resolves it. If it still persists, please send us a screenshot.
We will confirm as soon as the replacement is complete.
