Action Required: UAT Environment Rolled Back – Please Retest to Confirm Functionality

Scheduled Maintenance Report for Quik! Status Page

Completed

Dear Quik! Customer,

We’re reaching out with an important update regarding our recent infrastructure upgrade testing in the UAT environment.

UAT Environment Rolled Back:
Following the discovery of issues during testing, we have completed a rollback of the UAT environment to its previous stable state. This action was taken to ensure continuity and prevent any disruptions to your testing experience.

What This Means for You:
Although there is no longer an immediate need to test for the upcoming infrastructure changes, we strongly recommend that all customers retest their systems in UAT to confirm that forms, workflows, and integrations continue to function as expected after the rollback.

How to Retest:
API Customers: Please run a general test of your workflows and integrations in the UAT environment.

Quik! App Enterprise Customers: You can access the UAT environment here:
https://uat.quikformsapp.com/

Note: You may continue to see errors in the bottom-left corner of the screen during UAT testing. These can be safely ignored unless they impact form functionality.

Release Timing Update:
As a result of the rollback, the previously planned end-of-June infrastructure release date is no longer in place. We are actively addressing the issues and preparing to reintroduce the updated infrastructure at a later time.

Once we have a new release timeline and the updated UAT environment is ready for testing again, we will send out a follow-up communication with next steps.

Support:
If you have any questions or encounter issues during your retesting, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support Team at support@quikforms.com. We're here to assist you.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, partnership, and commitment to testing during this process. Your feedback continues to help us deliver a high-quality and reliable experience.

Sincerely,
The Quik! Team
