Root Cause Summary

On Friday, a small number of customers experienced issues printing via our API, while printing through the web application continued to work normally. The issue was traced to a server configuration setting that caused an internal print service to become temporarily unavailable after a period of inactivity. Restarting the service restored functionality.

Resolution & Prevention

We’ve updated the configuration to prevent the service from entering this inactive state going forward. No data was affected, and the issue is not expected to recur.

The issue has been resolved and users are able to use the PRINT API Endpoint as expected. We appreciate your patience as we worked on a resolution.
