Root Cause Summary
On Friday, a small number of customers experienced issues printing via our API, while printing through the web application continued to work normally. The issue was traced to a server configuration setting that caused an internal print service to become temporarily unavailable after a period of inactivity. Restarting the service restored functionality.
Resolution & Prevention
We’ve updated the configuration to prevent the service from entering this inactive state going forward. No data was affected, and the issue is not expected to recur.
