Resolved - API Service Disruption (Single Customer Impact)

Between 11:43am and 3:32pm EST, one customer experienced failed requests on a specific API integration due to an unintended side effect of a code change. No other customers were affected. The issue was resolved by rolling back the change, and service has been fully restored.

We are implementing additional automated testing to prevent similar issues going forward.
